Paul Dirac said that in a wave packet, amount of uncertainty of momentum times uncertainty of position is greater than 0.
Momentum of a wave is wavenumber, number of peaks per cycle, which is color or tone.
Position is felt by some wave-peaks being higher than the others.
When I feel high, my energy over time is uneven.
When my energy is even, I don't feel high.
